Sports massage is more specialised and specific to the individuals. It entails a range of techniques that are used to ease pains and aches, as well as activating necessary muscles that were previously inactive adequately.
Unlike a regular massage, sports massage has a more significant impact on a individual's performance. It can be used to treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, and extends outside of sports-related injuries.
At the moment, we only offer house call services as we do not have a physical venue to welcome walk-ins.
Any cancellations should be made 2 days in advance.
Cancellations received 1 day prior to booking date will incur 50% of plan price.
In the event of late cancellations (less than 24 hours), payment is non-refundable.
Our aim is to manage your muscles' needs, thus, it will be different than in a spa setting.
For a short session (45 minutes to 60 minutes), we will either focus on your lower or upper body, depending on where the issue lies.
For a full body session, we recommend clients to schedule for the 60 minutes or 90 minutes session.
You can simply be dressed in comfortable loose clothing. The focus area(s) may be required to be exposed during the session.
Rest assured, your modesty and privacy are of utmost importance. We want our clients to be comfortable so feel free to voice out your concerns to your therapist.
Before booking your session, you may want to check if you have any of these contraindications and let your therapist know.
If any of the above prove too severe, massage may not be appropriate. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment to ensure safety and maintenance of health standards.
